VisionCAL™

Is it possible to correct the appearance of your LED screen(s) yourself? The answer is YES. The same tools used by Radiant Imaging experts to provide the VisionTUNE™ service are available for purchase or lease.

The heart of the VisionTUNE™ service is the patented VisionCAL™ system; it is already in use at dozens of LED screen manufacturers worldwide. It consists of:

  • The VisionCAL™ software. This controls—and can even automate—the LED screen correction process. VisionCAL™ generates the correction adjustments based on your performance objectives and LED screen capabilities.
  • The VisionCAL™ imaging colorimeter. This is a high-resolution, precision, calibrated imaging colorimeter (a Radiant Imaging PM-1400F-Series™). Accurate data makes great results possible.

VisionCAL™ applies sophisticated, proprietary algorithms to generate the best LED screen appearance. Screen and measurement geometry is accounted for, as is human visual perception. This enables VisionCAL™ to produce dramatic improvements in LED screen appearance not possible using other methods. VisionCAL™ generates before and after screen performance diagnostics so you know exactly what your LED screen's performance is and how much it has improved.

VisionCAL™ has built-in interfaces for VisionLINK™ and VisionMATCH™. Together, this forms a complete system for optimizing and maintaining LED screen appearance.

VisionCAL™ is available in two versions: one for LED screen manufacturing and one for in-field LED screen and tile correction.
