Once your LED screen is corrected, the next challenge you face is to keep it looking its best. And you need to be able to do this yourself, as soon as the need arises.

For fixed screens, VisionMATCH™ solves the problem of seamlessly matching replacement tiles to the rest of the LED screen.

The most obvious negative impact on the visual appearance of an LED screen occurs when a tile is replaced. Invariably, the new tile looks different from the rest of the tiles in the screen. This is because it has not been in use as long, or under the same conditions as the tiles already in the screen.

For rental LED screens, VisionMATCH™ solves the problem of getting tiles that are combined into a display to match each other.

VisionMATCH™ allows tiles to be matched to a common brightness and color target, so assorted tiles can be combined into a screen where everything matches. This is particularly valuable when screens are reconfigured after each rental application as different usage patterns will result in tiles drifting apart in appearance unless a spot correction is applied.

VisionMATCH™ is a portable, handheld, calibration device that is an integral part of the VisionTUNE™ system. By precisely measuring the color and brightness of tiles already in the screen, VisionMATCH™ automatically adjusts the replacement tile to match the rest of the screen—often to a level that it is indistinguishable to the human eye.

VisionMATCH™ is designed to be used by a LED screen maintenance staff, on-site. It can be used with any LED screen and physically adapts to various tile sizes. VisionMATCH™ comes with easy-to-use software that walks the user through the measurement process and uploading the new correction data to either the LED screen controller or VisionLINK™.
